Our Delivery Charges.

Products ordered from ServerSoftwareShop.com are delivered by RoyalMail or CityLink courier and will arrive between 1 - 3 working days depending on where you live and the conditions of weather.

please note that all our deliveries are sent recorded delivery and are required to be signed for.

Proof of Delivery

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we require that all products we sell are signed for upon delivery, we can not authorise your goods be left without a signature under any circumstance.

Delivery Address

We do allow customers to elect a different address to the cardholders address for delivery, although please note that once signed for, Serversoftwareshop.com & its couriers will accept no responsibility for loss or damage of the goods.

Redirection

Should you request an amendment to the delivery address once your goods have been despatched, you will need to request it in writing, this can be via email (Contact us) or fax (0845 003 4209). Please note, there is a redirection surcharge as stated above, you will need to authorise us to charge your debit/credit card with the surcharge amount before we can perform the redirection.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when the courier attempts to deliver, they will leave a card with your consignment details on it & a contact number. You are then able to collect the goods from the depot that the goods are returned to, you must take the card that was left along with some proof of ID. Should you not collect the goods within 5 days of the attempted delivery, they will be returned to us for holding. Once returned, you will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery, please note this will incur an additional delivery charge.

Changes in prices

Couriers have for some reason a habit of changing their cost prices with short notices. This will effect our pricing but we will notify you as early as possible.
